Mruvelle – Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility: Due to the hygiene nature of cosmetics and personal care items contained inside our bridal kits, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

Damaged/Defective Goods: If your bridal kit or vanity box arrives damaged, broken, or with missing items during transit, we will provide a free replacement or complete refund.

The Condition: To claim a replacement for damage, you must provide an unboxing video recorded from start to finish within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement, provided they have not been handed over to our shipping partner.

Refund Timelines: Approved refunds will be credited back directly to your original payment method (Bank account/UPI) within 10-15 business days.
